Meet Katie Jenkins

I started Thoughtful Vintage in 2020 and I quit my job to pursue my business full-time while also being a full-time college student. I graduated from East Tennessee State University in 2023. Now I am a mom and working towards opening Thoughtful Vintage as a brick-and-mortar in March 2025! I also share thrift finds and little pieces of my life on my Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. 
I was inspired to start Thoughtful Vintage after I stopped shopping fast fashion. As I learned more about fast fashion I knew it was something I did not want to support. I dove into thrifting and fell in love with it. The majority of my closet is thrifted and the pieces that are not thrifted are from sustainable and ethical brands. I began to find pieces at thrift stores that I knew others would love, and now I sell those special pieces online.
